When returning your item, please ensure:
It is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
It is returned in its original packaging, including any tissue paper, inserts, or stuffing.
A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is included.
Once we receive and inspect your return, and it meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow up to 10 business days from the date our warehouse receives your return for the refund to appear in your account.

Online purchases cannot be returned in stores.
Items purchased from other retailers must be returned directly to the store where they were purchased and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
FINILY reserves the right to refuse any return received after the 30-day period or that does not meet the conditions stated above.
